This picture is of Ben, the Lancashire heeler that appeared in one of my previous posts. He lives with my friends in Essex. When I left I wanted to take him back with me, he is so cute. In this photo he had been running round in the garden all day so was tired out; he let me wrap him up so he was nice and cozy.

Altogether now in a high pitched croaky voice: "phone home!"

One of my friends was asking if I have any more pictures of the sweet labrador. Well here she is, she's called Shonny by her owner:

I had a good holiday in Essex with my friends. The couple whose house we stayed at have a small dog, a Lancashire Heeler, with whom I took a real shine to, because he's not a yappy dog like alot of other smaller dogs are. One of the other visitors brought her Labrador and they get on with each other quite well. The photograph below shows that as well as being a Lancashire heeler, he can also be a Lancashire 'healer':

Yipee, I'm going to Essex over Easter to see some friends.
And I'm going by train

It's years since I went on a train down to London, and I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm glad that it won't be going as fast as that French train did earlier this week- about 300mph. I would have been scared to death on that train. I would have been thinking: what if they overlooked that loose bolt on the line, or what if there are some 'wrong leaves' on the line?
