Hello folks, I know it's a heck of a long time since I have blogged. Various things have been going on in my life which has caused me extended periods of stress, and as a result ended up suffering from alot of anxiety. I won't bore you all with the details, but suffice to say I am glad to report that I am getting better and I may be blogging a bit more often than four times a year. But it's good to be back.
I thought I would make up for my absence by commenting on some things that have been happening since I was last here.
I think Heather Mills has got far too much money off Paul. I mean, how much money does it take to raise a child up to the age of 18? The judges comments in the case has cast light on her true personality, and I think her speech outside the court was embarassing. A few months ago she had an outburst against the press on GMTV, and then outside the court she launched into giving people advice on how to get divorced. Well excuse me, but I think that is not the appropriate place and time to give such advice, and anyway, if people took her advice, they would be trying to screw as much money as possible out of their partner.
Regarding Madeline McCann, I've noticed that her parents have been given a big payment from a newspaper in a libel case. They are going to put this money towards the find Madeline campaign fund. Unfortunately they will have to face the likely fact that no matter how much they pour into this campaign, it won't increase the chances of her being found. She has been missing for so long now that it is unlikely she will materialise.
And last but not least, the BBC news website (what would I do without it) wonders if sex on a plane in flight is legal or not. Once air steward commented that in the past ten years he has not personally witnessed any sex acts on a plane. Enough is said about passengers having sex on planes, but I wondered if the flight crew have ever indulged on the flight deck. If they have it might explain why on occasions the plane bobs up and down and we all have to put on our seatbelts; after all space in front of all those controls and the joystick is very limited! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/6360869.stm
